Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now its pastor. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is passionate about empowering future generations of Biblical counselors. He is a part of the board for Biblical Counseling. He is the writer of several online articles and is a co-author on Christ Centered Biblical Counseling changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three kids.
