Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born 13 June 1962 in the US, is an actress. Following her debut movie in 1983, Bad Boys, Sheedy became one of the Brat group consisting of actors. She was in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986), and WarGames. The performance of Sheedy in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actress. Ally Sheedy, an American writer and actor. Her movie career started in her early 80s when she was featured in the crime drama film, Bad Boys. The film was written and directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other famous actors, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. In 1985, following her debut success in a movie she starred on screen in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. The film was written and directed by John Hughes is considered one of the greatest films made by high school students of all time. Even though the budget of the film was just $1 million, it made more than $50 million in profits. While she was doing this the first time on TV, her television debut came in the form of CBS Schoolbreak. The show targeted teenagers and first aired in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues were some other shows on television that the actress appeared on. in Little Sister she makes a appearance as a guest. She also appears on X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film in which her role is an appearance in a small part. Sheedy received numerous awards in 2005 due to her performances. She was also awarded by the MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
